Order Cancellations

Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order if it's within 48 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds

Mismatched Design: If the product you receive doesn't match the design on our website, you're eligible for a refund.

Damaged Product:  If the product you received is damaged in shipping, you're eligible for a refund.

Contact Us: Report the issue at contact@thekaratstore.us with your order details and a description of the discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Modifications

After Delivery: If you want to change the stone size or any other specifications after receiving the product, you can request this change.


Additional Costs: You will need to cover the return shipping and any costs associated with the modification.

No Post-Receipt Cancellations

Final Sale: Once you have received your order, it cannot be canceled. Please review your items upon arrival and contact us if there are any issues related to item damage.
